Training

Camp participants are divided into groups of 15-20 players according to age and level. Each group has a minimum of 2 qualified coaches. Training duration, depending on the level, is approximately 2 hours. There are 2 to 3 training sessions per day. On the days where there are 2 training sessions the campers are involved in practice games, contests and special agility and fitness trainings.

The Minis. Grass root training for the youngest participants

Conducted by specialists in Basketball fundamentals for young kids between 8 to 12 years, the youngest participants will be introduced to the basics of basketball in a fun and positive atmosphere. The Camp provides qualified personnel to assure continual supervision for the Mini-Campers outside of the training sessions.

Basketball program for Girls

Girls campers receive the very best Basketball training available and are taught advanced Basketball skills as well as speed
and explosiveness. Practice groups according to age and skills.

Juniors

Through challenging practices and competitive games,
the Juniors will receive plenty of "perspiration and inspiration".

Elite Campers

The advanced players are taught to have dreams and to set goals high. They receive advanced basketball instruction. The elite campers are instructed by NBA and College coaches such as Tom Sterner from the Toronto Raptors.
